Week 6 Run 3

Decided to take a new route today to give myself extra distance as the runs are getting a bit longer. Started off at a nice pond with wildlife and then onto the other end of the trail I have been doing. Nice to have a different view to look at but this one was a there and back rather than a loop ... I now understand why there is a bell in the middle of the podcast!! Doh!

Well I thought I was not going to make it. After 10 minutes I was feeling OK but around the late teens I started to really struggle. But I got there in the end. Slow and Steady.

Yeah - Sarah told me I am a runner now!!!

    It was ages before I realised I had to make my way back at the half way point... many a long walk home :)
