Week 2 run 2 (and i didn't die)

After my first post a couple of days ago I'd like to thank you all for the positive responses, they were great to read. Today, despite my trepidation, I did manage to do run 2 week 2 even though I have a heavy cold (but that wasn't a good enough excuse) and I have to say it was hard but not as hard as tuesday... Thanks again for the support :)

That's great. If you managed W2R2 with a cold just think how much easier W2R3 will be. 🤓

You're doing great, each run will be a challenge but every run you do strengthens you a little more to face the next one
