Goodness gracious me.......what have you created 😊!

Morning lovely people. I completed my final W9R3 on Tuesday-yayπŸŽ‰. Never expected to be able to achieve what I have. However I'm still not running 5k ( Oldfloss-I'm definitely the slow and steady type) so have that as my next goal. Does anyone know of any other apps that mirror the C25K app but go further than 30 minutes with the ability to still listen to music? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. X

Well done - why not just keep repeating weeks 8&9?

Some folk do two runs one after the other, so maybe a week 5 followed by a week 7. It might help whilst you are consolidating and considering next move .

Always remember the 10% rule πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Congrats on graduating don't forget to get your badge...pinned posts to the right.

General rule I think is to consolidate so you get your running legs in...

There are the stepping stones apps on here to look at. Some of the more experienced graduates may have used them. I'm doing my own thing as I didn't fancy them that much, but think will take them on soon.

If you don't need the physical prompting things like map my run allow you to play music and give you time and distance prompts.

Happy runnning whatever you decide to do

Stepping stones is the natural place to go post C25k. AKA C25k+ podcasts. Three separate podcasts which will develop your running. Oh yes! πŸ™‚πŸ’ͺπŸ‘βœ”οΈ

Well done on completing the program Ssacha and GraduatingπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

As Misswobble suggests try using the c25k + podcasts to develop your running. They will make you stronger and help you get towards your 5k goal 😊x

Thanks everyone. This is a 'doh' question but how do I get my graduate badge pinned to my postsπŸ™ƒ? X

If you’re using the App on your mobile, go to the correct Community page, hit Pinned Posts, then scroll down the page to find the Graduation post. πŸ™‚

I couldn’t agree more. Congratulations to you. Feels great I never managed to find a good podcast and hated stepping stones. Just kept running with my music (Spotify Kim Runs! If you want to share)
