All is not lost

So i cranked my achilies in week one and was so dissapointed :(

Went to docs got some Brufin gell then called on a physio I know. Its improved a huge amount and am walking pretty good and doing heal drops.

Read that the elliptical machine could be used so have been getting on one of them every other day and using the podcasts. Did 8k in 30 minutes on week 2 yesterday and am so chuffed that I can keep going even though I cant go out :) :)
