I did it. I ran again for 25 minutes. I was rather slow, actually, but I didn't stop. Roll on run 3.

Well done! Did mine this morning. Am feeling really sleepy now... :)

Excellent work there. Don't worry about slowness. I did W6R3 this morning, and I was really slow I think, because I was being cautious due to a knee problem. As others have said, don't worry at all about your speed. You've just run for 25 minutes. Again. And that's amazing!

Yep swisstony is right (would you buy a car from this man) it's not about speed it's about running for the time required so very well done, before you know it now you'll be trotting down the home straight

Well done! I've got this one coming up this afternoon. I went very slow on W7R1, until the last 60 seconds when Laura said pick up the pace and finish on a high...! Somehow I managed to go a bit faster for those last seconds, but I'll be back to snail pace later for sure! Still amazed at what this programme can get us to do and that I'm looking froward to the next one!
