At last I've been to see the physio to have what I thought was a tight ITB confirmed πͺ Still I have a sheet of exercises to do (I'm thinking of it as homework π) and the massage she gave my leg was sooo painful but in a sadistic way as she definitely hit the spot!!! Back for second appt next week when she's going to have me on the treadmill in my running shoes to check my gait. We both had a chuckle when I said at least if I've got a running injury I must actually be a runner π Strictly no running for me now, i had only just managed a couple of 7km runs so worried I'll slip back but hey ho, looking forward to getting back to any sort of run at the moment. In a few weeks it will seem like a little blip in your running career, but you will be wiser and know more about your body and better able to avoid similar in the future. Treat it as a learning experience.
