Am amazed I've run 25 mins and it was easy. Going slowly really is the key. Who knew! I used to run when I

was younger until my lungs were burning. 5k has taught me a better way. Such a great program. Love it am 66 and not run for years. V pleased with myself now.

Brilliant! Well done you! I completed my first 25 minute run this morning too, and the sense of achievement is enormous. Not only did I complete it, I really enjoyed it. I felt "free".

I was surprised to find I had run nearly 5k also. Never thought I would do that again!
