Feeling good

Just done W4R2 followed by a 90 minute yoga class. Did this the other way round on Monday but this was better- stretching and relaxing after the run has left me feeling good.

Might not get Run 3 done until next Monday as driving 100 miles tomorrow to do grandchildren childcare at the weekend. Should get some longish walks in though so hopefully won’t lose ground gained.

That will keep you fit! I did a fair few miles this morning with my small one and then five this afternoon....
