Goodbye walks, hello non-stop running. Yikes!

Well that's the last bit if intermittent walking. Week 6 run 2 in the bag and a sneaky peak tells me that it's just progressively longer runs between now and graduation.

Let's hope I'm up to this. That nice Sanjeev tells me I am. So who am I to argue. I'll let you all know on Wednesday!!

Of course you're up to it- the programme works! 🙂 I loved it when I moved on to those continuous runs (didn't enjoy the return to intervals of W6 runs 1 and 2). Good luck on Wednesday🙂

Slow, steady and just enjoy it... the longer runs give time to get into it... start slow and let the legs carry you... it is brilliant:)

Yes it takes 10 mins or so to settle in then the time just rolls by.

You're catching me up. You'll get into the zone. The first 10 mins are hard but get through them and you'll feel like you can run the rest so much better. Happy running

Thanks. You're right, it takes a while for the legs to relax into it but then each minute just rolls by. Looking forward to this evenings run.
