Yeyyyyy! 43 minutes! Which for me is quite a record! Felt quite sick towards the end and my legs are like fenceposts right now, but the satisfaction is enormous! All thanks to the NHS couch to 5k plan, and my lovely friend Gill I run with! So happy!(if sore)😆😆😆😆😆
