Just about to start week 2 of programme with the support of my lovely husband. Confidence is very low as I suffered a stress fracture while running a 10k. I'm hoping this programme will help get me running once more. Looking forward to seeing all your stories.

Welcome... :) Take it very slow and very steady :) This is the place to be... with the most amazing support and encouragement.

Looking forward to your first post:)

Welcome from me too.... We have a warehouse full of sacks stuffed with confidence that are given out liberally to any one who needs it :)

There is not a gentler way back into running than this training plan.

No need to rush and don't start comparing with your former running persona just yet.

Slow and steady will win the day.
