One week to go!!

I started C25k in July. I wanted to be that person that says 'I never thought you'd get me running...' And now I am. I remember thinking OMG I've got to run 3 minutes next week. Then how amazed I was at the jump up to 8 minutes, then 20..... I've completed my 28 minute runs feeling that the extra 2 minutes this week shouldn't be too bad. Fingers crossed!! I haven't told many people I've started running. It's something I've kept low key and personal to myself. This forum has been amazing. See you in a week.... As a graduate hopefully 😊😊😊
