Misty morning - one for the bucket list

So it was W6R2 this morning.

Last night was also the last full night (flying home this evening) so a few craft beers were 'sampled'.

My legs were like lead this morning. I was half way through the 5 min walk when I realised I hadn't done my warm up stretches so had to stop, stretch then start my 5 min warm up again.

But all of that soon went out of the window.

Running through the early morning Niagara mist was cool. No tourists. Just a few other people out joffling and savouring the moment.

Back to the fields and road sign on Wednesday.

When I left 3 weeks ago I was dreading the thought of having to do 8 minutes with no break.

This morning I did 25.
