Saw this on my local Park Run FB page (from Running Bible), thought it very accurate, sometimes it's an argument to going or not going!

I love that! Very true, but so far my part that wants to run is winning!

had to run uphill today - a bit of a shock to the system - and the part of me that wanted to stop was arguing very persuasively - but the bit of me that wants to run - obviously pretty determined

"Just a little rest..."

"No, run."

"Just walk a little..."

"No, run."

"You're nearly done now anyway..."

"Run."

"Walking is still good exercise..."

"Run."

"See that tree... Just go that far, then rest."

"Must keep going..."

Then Laura tells me I can walk.

"HA! Did it!"

(Every single run)
