Felt hard this morning - I think because my 3 minute runs both coincided with uphill sections of path! However feel mightly proud to have done it and noticed in the final walk that nowhere was niggling, twinging or aching. This really is progress! Now to mentally prepare for Wk 4.

Great progress 👍. Running uphill is supposed to improve stamina & fitness but at the time it feels so hard! Same thing happened to me in W3, and now I'm running up slopes I never thought I could in W5. Keep going & well done!

You just turned into a lean, mean running machine, who can handle hills and............well anything.
