The 20 minute run awaited. Had walked my planned route yesterday so knew where I was planning to go. (Am on holiday in Norfolk, which isn't flat, by the way.) Went out just before 7 into the somewhat chilly air, almost full of confidence because I had been following the program to the letter, but thinking I might fall a bit short, but I did it! Yay. Bring on W6! 😀
