Rubbish run!

Just got back from my week8 run 2 ..... epic fail! I am so disappointed in myself as I only managed 20 mins. I'm not a happy bunny at the moment. Even my son was disappointed too! Oh no he said, but went on to tell me that I can do it. So here's me crest fallen but trying to keep my chin up thinking I'll do it on my next run for sure. I am determined not to be beaten by this....

It's only one run! There'll be others. Don't sweat it. 😎

Thanks it's just disappointing but as you say it's just one run. Next time eh!

LOL! That's longer than I managed a few weeks ago and I have a 10K badge :)

Some runs are problematic but you are still a Runner at this point, no worries :)

I call it 20 epic minutes. But perhaps you weren't quite recovered from the previous run?

Try to take the positives...........what can you learn from your bad run to help avoid the circumstances recurring?

Have your rest day and come back confident, take it slow and you will be fine.

Keep running, keep smiling.

It's just one bad run don't beat yourself up over it and just get out in a couple of days and take it away, you'll be fine

Your right the more I think about it the more I think next time I'll get it.

You can it's not a fail just a run, I think as you get near graduation the head gremlins really hot up their game, but the system is programmed for success so you can do it , get running after your rest day

Thanks I will.

My run didn't go as planned yesterday either. Still, a bad run is better than no run, so out again tomorrow. We can do this....

Yes we can! Positivity all the way!

I ran w6r3 a few weeks ago, did about 2 minutes and that was it....I couldn't do a step more!. Tried the next day and ran it easy. Don't worry, some days aren't run days.
