Yay! Week 2 complete. Run 2 was pretty chill for me, had a lovely run around the park in my home town, on the grass. Run 3, a little more tiring, was really out of puff, but feel good, I think I may have tried to run a little faster, hence why it was more difficult, a challenge but something I achieved! So I'm happy.
Does anybody else get sort of mid back aches while running? Sort of around where your diagram is? Fine after cool down and some stretches, so nothing bad, just wondering if anybody else gets it.
