W2R3 - finally!

Well it is said make sure you take your rest days! So after a 4 day weekend I finally did my 3rd run for week 2. Managed to get some sleeves for my knees and whilst my troubles have not completely gone away I managed to knock 3 minutes off of W2R2 - partially because my walks were quicker in between the runs .. either way feeling encouraged. Might try another W2R3 over the weekend before embarking on a new week.

Well done. It feels great when a run goes the right way.

Slow and steady are words that I say repeatedly to my self during my run and they are very very true. Good luck for future runs and keep us all posted on your progress 😊


Just realised "over the weekend" feels like the end of the week because I finished W2!!
