WK 9 : RUN 1 - It certainly can be done!! πŸ˜ƒ

Hey lovelies

Well, I wrote this post in the early hours and lost it all..... so here I go again.

So I've reached the final week and can't believe I've come this far. This was only 2 minutes longer than last week's run, but it seemed to go on forever, lol. I think this is the only run where I I was just on the brink of stopping for several seconds to catch my breath. Every gremlin in my body kept telling me to stop.... Go on, it's only for a few seconds...... it won't hurt. But I didnt, I kept going. My pace was slower on this run, but I guess I shouldn't be too concerned about that yet. My other shock was that I thought this was the only run of wk 9, do when Laura announced that I had a further 2 runs this week, I was mortified πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Plus it's not as if I was expecting never to run for 30 minutes ever again, but I was just so shocked. I was planning to run this evening, but I just couldn't fit it in. So I plan to run the second run tomorrow evening. I dread it to begin with, but so glad on e I'm out there.

I've come this far though, not just by me doing it, but with the encouragement, advice and fabulous support from YOU, my fellow members. Thank you so much to the regular posters, you know who you are 😊I am so grateful to you all and to be part of this community 😘

I love the picture of where you run. Where I run looks so different (lots of traffic....)

Thanks a lot Jan. I'm ffunny about peeking at things like this, it's a bit like when I buy a new book/novel and my friend or my son turn to the last page to see what happen, I'm like nooooo, you can't do that, lol!! 🀣🀣

Sometimes I like the surprise or shock, haha. I shall let you know how I do. Thanks for the encouragement since I began this journey 😊
