It's been a while since I posted - I'm still running 3 times a week - I dropped right back on my distance, lots of squats, deadlifts and bridges later I'm back up to running 30mins and feeling much stronger and more importantly with no more hip pain! Hoorah! I'm embracing the slow progress!

I recently read 'What i talk about when i talk about running' and really enjoyed it. I was just wondering what people's top running related book recommendations are? They could be technical, autobiographical, philosophical, even spiritual! I'm just after some inspiration to see me into this colder weather β˜ΊοΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ Xx
