Hello everybody and welcome to August!!

Please leave your username here for me so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge.

Please feel free to download and save the Graduation badge that has been kindly designed by RunaroundSue

We will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.

We would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge.

To get your badge you will have completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min.

It does NOT matter if you cannot run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.

So it is fair to everybody, please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3

Like everyone else on here, I can't quite believe I've done it! 57, unfit, several stones heavier than I would like to be, but finally stopped putting off doing something about it! I feel so much better and so proud of myself.

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but this morning I completed Week 9 Run 3, and carried on running just to see if I could- 42 mins later and I was home.

Can I have my badge please, or can someone tell me what I need to do to get it?

Hi, I graduated yesterday! It took me a little more than 10 weeks, as I have been running every other day or every third day, and the program is 3 times a week.

I have used the ZenLab-app.

Are there any more of that stuff? it keeps me motivated. I would like an app or a program to teach me how to lift my knees higher - run faster - run smoother - run in a trance - anything, that can also stimulate my brain while helping me run better.

I don't think the 10 km program is a good idea just yet.
