Hi! I've just finished my run too, I'm on Wk 4 R3, it went ok, but a bit hot for it (lovely day!). So I was you not long ago, hope you find it inspiring. I feel fitter, and can hardly believe that in a few weeks I should be running for 30 mins!!! That sounds pretty fit to me!!! All the best to you

This great programme will certainly make you feel fitter... it is not a guarantee of weight loss.. but for some it works!
Take it slow and steady and do not be tempted to push too hard.. that is the way to disaster! Rest days are essential.. and keep posting for great support and encouragement too!
