Please help Healthunlocked and ourselves by doing the new poll that has just been generated.

The poll has been done so we can get some information about how we can help to get people off the couch. The news today about 10min of exercise a month for some adults is very worrying and it would be great if the poll could help those who have not made the move yet.

Is this the one by MadeeHU that you can find on the polls button at the top of the page? The button in the pinned posts didn't work for me.

The pinned post was just to let everyone know that there is a new poll rather than take you to it. I think I have put a link to the poll In This post now. 😀. Hopefully that will help beyond to get to the poll
