Very happy indeed slight side strain but no problem. I think I ran a bit too quick on the second three minute run as I was feeling good maybe also the 90 seconds before that. However I am in one piece and will face down my demons as they approach. No beer in a month now and the weight has started dropping again. Now down to 116.7 kg from 124.7kg after this period. I am also no dieting properly using the food and activity chart. My head is full of calorie counting.
What is strength exercise?
I have to say I am probably taking on too few Kc last three days have been 1986, 767.75 and 797. Today so far only 479.
