Not quite within the 30 minutes but nevertheless I did it! I put my total trust in this magnificent programme and it got me through it every week.

Now I've got to try & keep up the momentum. Eikk! Keep running folks. You will get there!

I have never worried about the time because my first 5k was in 43 minutes! It was still 5k so I am happy. The fastest I did was I think 29 minutes but I focus on my time running or a distance and make sure I run safely and my legs are ok. Great achievement by the way and what plans do you have going forward?

Congrats brilliant achievement.
