Recovering slowly

Well, it is nearly 2 weeks since my injury in W2R2. I had to have x-rays on my right knee and fortunately no fractures! However I have torn ligaments just below the inside of the knee. It has been very painful!

Lots of painkillers, ice-packs, rest and elevation has now led me to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

With a bit of luck I should be back to it mid next week, taking care not to behave like a 20 year old and focus on my cadence.

A hard lesson learnt!
