I seem to recall a few folk mentioning running in Richmond Park.

Well if you go down to the park today, you're in for a big surprise.

No, not teddy bears, but for those of you who are fans of Joe Wicks the body coach, he is doing a free HIIT session in the park at 10.00 to mark the anniversary of when he started out or something.

Personally I am not a big fan.but that is neither here nor there. Thought some of you might be interested in popping along.
