Never thought I'd miss running

Got tonsillitis at the moment, gradually recovering from it after a really rough few days.

I've missed doing my runs though, never thought I'd be saying that but I really do. Even more gutted that I was on my last run before graduating but will now have to ease back into it first.

Looking forward to running again soon hopefully

You have my sympathy. I pulled a muscle before my graduation run and had to wait a week to finish. Frustrating but I also missed running and 3 months before would never have believed I would say that. Good luck when you are well again.

Okay, so admit it, you are an addict.

Don't be tempted to rush back too soon. Make sure you are well and truly recovered before returning and be kind to yourself by taking it easy for the first few runs.

Poor you, hope you can ease yourself in and not get tired out. Tonsillitis can be really draining. Loads of luck for your next run, you'll be on the podium soon for sure
