I'm really getting into the longer runs now and really enjoyed the 25 min run at the end of week 6. But I can't quite work out why I struggled with the second run of two 10 min runs?
Is this because of the stopping and starting? I struggled with the second 10 mins more than I did with the entire 25 mins run?
Just wondering, there is no more shorter runs now anyway haha
