Session 4 done despite the rain

Evening all,

Well despite heavy rain and mud I completed my session this evening. If you'd have told me 2 weeks ago I'd be running round a farmers field on a Saturday night I'd have laughed like a drain but have to admit I'm actually kind of enjoying this and my little dog is coming along too. Day off tomorrow. Yay 😃

Well done, great that it's enjoyable for u! I have week 2 day 2 this eve and am enjoying it too! To my shock! Did u find week 2 run 1 hard? I found the jump to 90 sec really hard!

Thanks and well done you too. It was a bit harder but I also changed my route last night as my other one was a bit too public for my liking. The sight of me red faced and puffing is not something I want all to see. My new route is a bit more picturesque, takes in a new burial ground but has a bit of a gradient too so I put it down to that. Still we did it didn't we so yeha onwards we go. 😊
