Getting back on track

Hi I got to wk 8 run 1 then things got in the way. So haven't run since early June. I enjoyed running most of the time and feel better for it but this is the second time I have stopped three quarters of the way through the programme. I plan to start again from week 5 but would appreciate your thoughts on ways to keep going/keeping on track. Thanks
