Week 6 run 2 struggle

Just finished w6r2 and found it the hardest yet and the first one I considered stopping to walk. I carried on though. Had a very busy and draining week and the last two nights I've not slept after the excitement of landing my dream job plus it was really warm today so I'm hoping just that! Anyone else struggled with this? Thought after the week 5 20 min run that these would feel easier maybe that's the problem .... getting too cocky! Lol

Hi Katie well done for completing it 👍🏻 yes a struggled with W6R1 and 2 but the R3 was fantastic 😉 fingers crossed 🤞 you'll find the same ☺️. Good luck 😉

I think weeks 5 and 6 really feel like the "big push" to finally get you off having walk breaks to continuous runs, and everyone struggles a bit. Curiously for me it was Week 5 run 1 that I found I was getting short of breath for - don't know why. But once you've cracked the 25 minute run on 6/3 I think things get easier - you have the whole of week 7 to consolidate the 25 minute runs, and after that increasing to 28 and then 30 doesn't look such a big step.
