Marathon man!

So today there have been various reports floating about, poor sleep patterns, snoring increases your chance of dementia BUT then the next report is telling me that running helps decrease your chance of ending up with this dreaded illness.

Now I'm tossing and turning all night and snore, boy I captain the England snoring team so I've really got to get through this because I reckon just to even things out I need to run a marathon every other day!

  • From what I can gather if you snore that much, you are in greater danger of being smothered by your partner, who gets fed up with the noise.. The tossing and turning is probably also dreamtime practice for the upcoming runs... good luck for the next one...
