Onto Week 2

I have just started a new job with 12 hour days so decided health was important. I walk about 2 miles a day to and from a long train journey but still carry a lot of excess weight. Last week I completed my three runs and feel so much better, just stepped on scales this morning after my shower and have lost 4 lbs.

Really looking forward to my run tonight, van Morrison full blast...Nirvana here I come 🏃🏼‍♀️
