I didnt want to run today...

But I did! And i feel better that I rolled off bed and put on my shoes. Completed run 2 of week 3, and kind of dreading next week's 5 minutes. But hey, I managed 3minutes this week, it should be alright eh? :)

Hi - if it makes you feel any better I have found week 4 easier thank week three - no idea why - so just take it one step at a time and pace yourself on the first longer runs. Good luck 😉

You didn't want to but you did. That's a major gutsy milestone. And of course you'll progress , that's what's happening every day you put those trainers on
