So yesterday I did Week 4 Run 1 and I managed it
I had to stop just after the halfway mark though as my calves were so tight I could barely move so I paused it, took a few minutes to do some calf stretches then started again. I went slower this time though, dropped the treadmill from 7.5 down to 6 to get me through the 5 minutes but I still completed it all and did all the running I was supposed to!
To anyone worrying about it, something I was told at the end made me smile..from Week 4 you officially run more than you walk. Bet you never thought you could do it, I certainly didn't!
