Today will be W9R2 and unbelievably I think I'm looking forward to it! My last two runs were hard work. I ran with my younger & fitter sister, it was hot & the route was a lot hillier than my usual run. I'm home now & going to head out this eve. Me & Sarah - she's nearly got me there. To anyone just starting out - you CAN do it, because I have. I really struggled to 'run' 60 seconds at the beginning and I am now actually running for 30 mins. You will too. 🙂🏃🏼♀️Onwards....
