I did my graduation run on 28 June this year having done the whole program a 2nd time... last year I went through the program & then stupidly ran a 10K just a few weeks later (the rational being that I would run 5K & walk the rest... I did walk some of it, but ran too much... )result... injuries... by the time I felt ok again physically, I was mentally out of the habit of running... fast forward 8 or 9 mths, started the new version of C25K & 9 wks later... whoopee!πππgraduated... I am finding it really hard to run 30mins without listening to Laura though... where do I find the continuation app?... and does the medal/banner I've seen others mention actually appear automatically once you log the last run? Think this is my first actual post, though I have 'liked' & replied to others' postings previously... thank you to you all for being so inspiring & encouraging! π

Hi Suzykk...and congratulations on graduating again πππ
You ask fot your graduation 'badge" on the pinned post at the bottom of this page Graduation badge July 2017.
Laura has done some C25k+ runs which are available as podcasts on the healthunlocked site. You can find the link below on the pinned posts 'members helpful links' probably.
Happy running π
Congrats on graduating (again)!
