Increased fitness

On holiday this week and after my run yesterday decided to take the dogs a walk in the forest around where our holiday cottage is. The sun is shining and it is a lovely day. Started off our walk and it was a steady climb to the top and as I reached the top I realised I was not out of breath. 9 weeks ago I would have been puffing and panting and my legs screaming for mercy. I am so much fitter now. Dogs snoozing after walk.

Wk9r2 tomorrow and looking forward to it.

Good for you! 🙂 Walking the dogs will help with your fitness too. You might be able to run with the dogs eventually 🐕
