So, I'm planning on going run 2 of week 2 tomorrow. All is good so far as the weather has been great and as I do silly o'clock morning runs there's a nice breeze in the air. How have you motivated yourself when the weather has been pants? Do you just go for it anyway or do you mix up the routine to avoid the rain? Is there anything good about running in the rain?

Provided it's not a tropical monsoon or so driving you can't see, it can be quite refreshing as the rain helps me from overheating - just make sure you have clothes that repel the water. There's nothing worse than waterlogged clothing and it can chafe too on longer runs which is never a good thing.
