Morning all, as the title suggests I had my last run with Laura this morning as I completed run 3 of week 9.
Am quite amazed to have completed the course and enjoyed most of it (although the bit that I like best is when she tells me I have finished lol).
I really struggled to begin with on this course and didn't think I would stick with it and find it too tough but, here we are.
I only found this community in the last couple of weeks but wanted to say that it is a great source of inspiration, encouragement and advice.
The last run was my furthest and fastest as well so will have a quiet day of recovery now.
Thanks you guys
Si

Just noticed after listening to a few seconds of the c25k+ that Laura's on there to so tomorrow I will give it a try and see how it goes.
It would have not felt right running without her encouragement to help me along 👍😃

Yep, was going to say, no need to give up Laura.
Congratulations on graduating🎉🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏
It feels great to be able to run for 30 mins and is a brilliant acheivement.😄 Lovely to ser you have your shiny badge.
You may wish to consolidate these 30min runs for a week or two (either W9 or running to your own music) before starting the C25k+ podcasts as they are a bit different (really good coaching tips from Laura)
Well done..and running is now sonething you do..because you can✋😊

I did the stepping stones 30 min run this morning, it was enjoyable after getting a rhythm going but a bit tricky until then.
There is a 35 min run on one of them which I might do on Saturday when there's no time constraints for work.
On a final note Laura seems to have stepped up from friendly running mate to drill seargent overnight though 😃
