So that is a 25 minute run ticked off another pleasant evening with a street filled with joggers and walkers. The neighbours round the corner have started to wave at me when they see me coming now!!! I can only see that as a good sign. Using the route planner I covered 3.67 km in the 25 minute run. If I make it to 4K in 30 minutes by week 9 I will be impressed. I was thinking about doing the week 9 run for a couple of months once I reach it but now I am thinking about doing something on stamina which I hope would let me get the 5k in 30 minutes which is what I am after.
