Oh I was expecting something quite difficult after week5 run3 do was quite pleased to have some walking no bits today. I personally find the 2nd part of the run easier as my endorphins kick in around 13 mins, I am in a rhythm and my leg stride increases. I am soooo chuffed I here. I usually drop out or do it my own way and it doesn't work. This time I am sticking to the plan. A half marathon is my goal by Christmas!
