Feels like such a milestone achieved today. Was hard but not impossible. The first 5 minutes flew by, half way was the hardest part for me but then settled into a good rhythm again. Couldn't have done it without my music though! Even managed to increase my speed for the last 2 minutes so am really chuffed! Cannot actually believe how much I'm enjoying this running lark!

Well done! This is a great run to have under your belt and the sense of achievement is awesome. Can you believe, too, you are over half way through the program, so start thinking about what you plan to do next.
