Week 3 done! Bring on week 4 πŸ™ˆ Any tips?

I can't believe that I just competed week 3 and found the 3 minute runs easy in the final workout! If you had told me that after the W3 R1 i would never have thought it was possible!

I am a little nervous about the 5 minute runs in W4 but reading the other posts from those who have conquered W4 (and beyond) makes me quite excited!

Any tips for w4? It seems like quite a big jump up in time?

You are putting in the work which will have built your body ready for the next runs. No week is more of a jump then the week before. If you feel tired then slow down a bit. Oh, and try to think of anything other that the time on the clock.

Other-than-that, just keep doing what you are doing - It seems to be working.

Well done. That's the same C25K App I used. Thought I recognised it. You will have no problem with the 5 mins. Just enjoy it, relax and listen to good music in the background. You will be fine.
