So I thought I'd be virtuous and get up at 5:50am, cycle in (gentle, 6 miles) and then do the run at 7:00 am. But then when woke up I felt lazy (two glasses of red wine last night taking their toll?) and thought Nah! I'll take the car in and do the run at lunchtime.
Well, the BBC says the temperature in Abingdon now is 26 but it felt a lot hotter than that! As I set off I felt the sun beating down on my black sports vest.
When I got to the shower room (ran up four flights of stairs) and sat down the sweat was just about pouring off me. I've spared you all the selfie of that!
Chilling out now with the endorphine trip!

Yes I don't think I'm going to do that again! A hat would have been a good idea too! I am hoping to do Run #3 at around 8:30pm on Friday and round a reservoir (weather permitting).
