week 4 run 2 and feeling good

Like i said im feeling pretty good at this point. It has been a bit of a struggle up till now. Obviously really unfit but it was my breathing that bothered me most. Labouring and gasping for breath especially on uphill sections.

Last night it just seemed as though my breathing was under control and it made the run so much more enjoyable and dare i say it even a wee bit faster. actually looking forward to run 3 then the challenge of week 5 :-)

well done on your success so far. It is a great feeling when you finally start to get your breathing under control.
