Unexpected benefits elsewhere!

Not running but swimming - I swim once a week, very slowly pootling up and down the pool, usually doing 32 lengths in a session. I've found since I've been running it's got a bit easier, and last session I managed 36 lengths. Tonight with my new found positive mental attitude I pushed a bit harder and managed a full 40 lengths. So that's my first 5k run and my first 1k swim within the space of 3 days!
