Just completed my first 25 min run with w6r3. Not sure how on earth I ran for that long, but I did. So proud of myself πππ

Well done! I did W6R3 today as well! It begins to feel like the end is achievable - three more runs at 25 minutes then up a modest amount to 28 and finally 30. No more big jumps.
Do you find, like me, that the feeling of well-being after completing the run lasts for several hours?
Yes I do. I deliberately think back to those first couple of weeks and the sweaty red panting mess of a recovery I went through. Now it takes around 5-7 mins to get back to normal breathing and (virtually) normal heart rate. That keeps me going as much as the endorphins through exercise. I am fitter, and that's amazing ππ
